 What's your worth?Butterworth. *cricket*cricket* Okay, that was a lame joke. Anyway, on the 3rd till the 6th of November which is fast approaching, my friends and I are off to Penang to do a travel documentary for our final project! I swear being a communication student is the best thing ever! It's all fun, fun and more FUN. *ahem. Am straying away. I'll get back to topic* Of all cities and states in Malaysia, the five of us chose Penang. At first, we wanted to go to Singapore but it's wayyyy too costly for college kids like us and Penang was next on our list so Penang it was.  We're going there by train. I just purchased them today and boy, I was surprised at the price of it. Who knew a ticket would cost RM117/RM138? I sure didn't. Thank goodness I brought my parents along instead of going to KL Sentral to buy the tickets alone. I would've come back empty-handed because the whole total was RM1000+ for five person. But I guess it's understandable since I bought tickets for the ones with beds and two private cabin. Still though, it was a shock to me.  Well, I guess it's no harm being as comfy as possible since the journey is going to take 7 hours. Yep, 7 hours. *sniffle* I'm sure Penang is going to be worth it. I'll write more about it after the trip. G'night. | |
